User Agreement

'Wing' means Wing Mobility, based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 'The service' means making electric scooters and e-bikes available for temporary use through the Wing app.

The service operates only inside the zones drawn on the map in the app. Those zones may change at any time in line with our permits and agreements with the relevant authorities.

You must be 18 or over and register a single account in your own name with a valid Saudi mobile number. We may ask you to verify your identity or driving licence where the law requires it.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for every ride taken from it, and you may not let anyone else use it.

One rider per vehicle. Vehicles may not be used to carry loads beyond the stated basket capacity.

You must follow Saudi traffic regulations, ride in dedicated lanes where they exist, and avoid crowded pedestrian footpaths.

Riding under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance, or while using a phone, is strictly prohibited.

We strongly recommend a helmet; wearing one remains your responsibility.

A ride begins when you unlock the vehicle in the app and ends when you end it in the app, inside the operating zone.

Park somewhere safe, never blocking pedestrians, vehicles, doorways or accessibility ramps. You may be asked to photograph the parked vehicle as a record.

A ride cannot be ended outside the operating zone; time continues to accrue until the vehicle is returned inside it or our field team intervenes.

Current pricing is shown in the app before a ride starts, and charges are calculated on that basis.

Additional fees may apply for improper parking, taking a vehicle outside the operating zone, or damage caused by misuse.

You are responsible for how you use the vehicle, for complying with the law, and for any traffic penalties that result.

You must check the vehicle before setting off and report any fault in the app. Wing is not responsible for damage arising from the use of a vehicle whose fault was known and not reported.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Wing may suspend or close an account for breach of this agreement or the law, for misuse of vehicles, or for conduct that puts other people at risk.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
