Everything you need to know
Download the Wing app, sign up with your mobile number, then scan the code on the vehicle's handlebar. It unlocks within seconds and the ride starts automatically.
You can end your ride anywhere safe inside the operating zone drawn on the app's map, as long as you're not blocking a footpath or a doorway. Outside the zone, the ride won't end.
The service is available to riders aged 18 and over. You sign up with a Saudi mobile number and may be asked to verify your ID.
The app warns you well before the charge runs out and suggests the nearest alternative. If the vehicle does stop, end the ride in the app and leave it somewhere safe — you won't be charged for the extra time.
Our field team inspects vehicles daily — brakes, tyres and batteries — and redistributes them across the zones, on top of scheduled servicing.
The full price is shown in the app before you unlock, and there are no hidden fees. We also have dedicated pricing for students and for organisations.
