Account data: name, mobile number, email, and identity documents where required.

Ride data: start and end points, route, time and distance — necessary to run the service, calculate fees and locate vehicles.

Device data: device type, operating system and technical identifiers, used for security and performance.

Payment data: handled by licensed payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (running the ride and charging for it), to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interests in securing the service, preventing fraud and improving operations.

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Location is essential to the service: showing nearby vehicles, confirming you are inside the operating zone, and ending a ride.

You can disable location permission in your device settings, but the service cannot be used without it.

We may share limited data with payment providers, hosting and analytics providers, government bodies and municipalities under our operating agreements, and the authorities where there is a lawful request.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Ride and billing records are kept for the period required by Saudi accounting and tax rules, then deleted or anonymised.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data, and object to its processing within the limits of the law, by writing to info@wing-scooter.com.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely.
