One rider
These vehicles are built for a single rider. Doubling up puts you and others at risk.
The right lane
Use dedicated lanes where they exist. Avoid crowded pedestrian footpaths.
18 and over
The service is for riders aged 18+, and riding under the influence is prohibited.
Park responsibly
Never block footpaths, doorways or ramps. Photograph the vehicle once parked.
Check before you go
Test the brakes and tyres. Report any fault in the app straight away.
A helmet is always the right call
We strongly recommend wearing a helmet on every ride, especially on streets shared with cars.
